Sparky Killowater

Old school traveling circus tattooer, originally known as Sparkles the Clown, he changed his name to Sparky soon after his third season with the big top. No one knows why, there is speculation that he got mixed up in some bad shit and may have even took a life or two. Its all clouded in mystery and here say.  He now resides at ALL is ONE giving out tattoos and random shit for a quarter a pop! (he doesn’t ID either!) if your broke and down on your luck, or a kid he’s your man.
